The training is organized in modules applicable to actors and skills specificities

• Intangible goods management ( data fluxes, servers localisation, network constraints) 

• US regulations and its specifities ( contamination, licence exemptions, extraterritoriality, TAA, STA,..))

• Chinese regulations ( procurement from China and exportability analysis to China)

All training modules are based on an interactive mode to clarify as much as possible understanding of export regulations and associated compliance processes. Training supports can be customized to the company’s organization, business and products.
